Meyers Electronics guarantees satisfactory performance and freedom
from
defects in material
and workmanship of all products for one full year. Misuse and
abuse are specifically excluded
from this guarantee.
If you find that an item does not meet your needs, within 14 days,
Meyers
Electronics will provide a
full refund of the purchase price less shipping if the item is return
in like new condition.
A 20% restocking fee will be applied if the unit has any scratches,
dents or has been modified in way
including shortening of wires.
For warranty repair service please send us an e-mail for a RMA
number.
Please include your name, address, phone number, description of
problem, and date purchased.
Any unit determined to be out of warranty will require approval of
the customer before any repair
work will be completed.
LIFE SUPPORT POLICY:
NONE of these products are certified to be used in, or
on life support equipment or systems where
failure could cause injury or death.
For protection against overload and a possible fire, units must be installed with the correct input fuse current rating.
No other warranties are expressed
or implied.
In no event shall Meyers Electronics
Services be liable for special
or consequential damages.
It is the sole responsibility of the
user to ensure the unit is installed
and maintained according to instructions.
