Octagon House Museum Location
The Octagon House is located in Hudson, Wisconsin. Take exit 1 from I-94 and travel north on Highway 35 (Second Street) through downtown Hudson. Two blocks after the third stoplight, turn right onto Myrtle Street. The Octagon House is located on the northeast corner of Myrtle and Third at 1004 Third Street.

The St. Croix County Historical Society's headquarters are located within the Octagon House Museum complex at 1004 Third Street, Hudson, Wisconsin 54016.
The museum complex is open for guided tours from May to August; Wednesday through Saturday, 12:00 to 4:30 p.m. and Sunday, 2:00 to 4:30 p.m. The Fall Tour Season is in September and October when the museum is open on weekends only; Saturday, 12:00 to 4:30 p.m. and Sunday, 2:00 to 4:30 p.m. The museum is also open for Holiday Tours on weekends only from late November through mid-December, when it is resplendent with traditional Victorian holiday decorations. Groups of ten or more may arrange for a Group Tour throughout the year. For appointments please call 715-386-2654.
Although the museum is closed on Mondays and Tuesdays. However, the Research Center is staffed by volunteers on most Mondays throughout the year (10:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. in the Carriage House). Please call ahead if you would like to visit the Research Center at 715-386-2654.
