Continuation of Local Board of Appeal and Equalization Meeting

May 5, 2009

Leo Anderly called the meeting to order at 6 p.m.

Floyd and Rae Ann Bohlman – decreased value $15,000.  Changed quality from 9.5 to 8.

John Marks – had a question on values.  Reported back to him.  No change.

James Larson – look at his home – no change.

Loren Kerkow – Went from Class B tillable to Class C tillable and lowered value by $11,800.

Ed Chapman – offered him a 5% reduction.  He said no and did not get back to Leo so at this point there is no change.  He will probably be at the county board.

Motion by Les and seconded by Ted to approve the above-mentioned changes.  No further discussion.  Motion carried by all.

No further business to come before the meeting.  Motion by Hubie and seconded by Ted to adjourn meeting.  No further discussion.  Motion carried by all.
