was recited by all present.

Kornder called recessed meeting of November 10, 2005 to order at 7:00 p.m. on
December 8, 2005. Motion by Les and
seconded by Ted to adjourn. No
discussion. Motion carried by all.
Meeting adjourned at 7:01 p.m.
Ted
Kornder called monthly meeting of December 8, 2005 to order at 7:01 p.m.
Minutes
of the last meetings of November 10, 2005 were reviewed.
No further discussion. Motion
by Les and seconded by Ted to approve. Motion
carried by all.
Meeting
was moved down to the OK Corral due to lack of heat in the township hall.
Treasurer’s
report:
Rae
Ann Bohlman stated that in the month of November we had income of $561.60.
Balance of $527.57 in checking and $194,918.60 in savings.
Also have a $20,703.36 certificate at State Bank of Belle Plaine, a
$20,000.00 certificate at Community Bank Jordan and a $20,000 certificate at
KleinBank Chaska. Total $256,149.79.
Motion by Les and seconded by Hubie to approve.

Ruppe on this. Will go with what he
has stated.

County – Visioning Kick-off Event for 2030 Comprehensive Plan Update –
December 14, 2005 – Ted to go and other supervisors may also go.
Workman’s
Compensation Audit – RaeAnn to complete bring back to next meeting.
2006
MN Association of Townships Calendar – all board members received a copy.
Tim
O’Laughlin from Scott County asked that we adopt a resolution for FEMA so we
can apply for federal disaster funds. Motion
by Ted and seconded by Les to adopt resolution for FEMA.

Old
Business:
Verna
Ruehling – Summons – This has been taken care of.
Les stated that Jeff Hennen has requested to meet with the townboard on
the developer’s agreement with regards to tiling, road paving, etc. Supervisors
will set meeting for next week with Jeff and our attorney to go over this.
Meeting will take place at Jeff Hennen’s office.
Annexation
and developer’s agreement – Nothing right now.
City Administrator for Jordan has resigned.
Will wait until new city administrator is in place to start with this
process again. Ruppe is still
working on the developer’s agreement.
Township
Right of Way Ordinance – Ruppe prepared a draft.
Supervisors to review with him.
City
of Belle Plaine update – No update.
City
of Jordan updates – No update.
MN
Dot updates – Issue about detour routes and protocol to be followed.
Jim Stang to keep track of extra plow time and material.
Grant
Update – RaeAnn e-mailed Strolic. Funds
are set up in Scott County Engineer’s
Union
Pacific Railroad – Ted talked with Julie Carr from Union Pacific Railroad.
They do not feel they should have to pay much if we build a bridge on
Township Road #57. Talked with
Schafer who is working on the Highway #169 project and were told township can
get all the fill we want from the #169 project.
Scenic
Byways – Tabled.
Road
Maintenance Report – Les has been grading.

Business/Notices/Public Comments –
Halling
Engineering – Think about whether we want to stay with Halling or look for
another engineer. Need to first make
a phone call and see who is taking over Township Road #57.
Cannot wait until re-org meeting to change engineers if we are not
satisfied with Aaron’s replacement. Les,
Hubie and Ted to meet with Halling and determine what action we should take.
We need to take care of this yet.

stated that he was elected to the Scott County FSA Committee board today.
No
further business to come before the meeting.
