was mentioned that Jeff Hennen has not yet set up an escrow account for Woodland
Trails Addition. Rae Ann will send a

Implement has requested a weight restriction waiver to bring in some combines,
etc. on Old Hwy. 169 Blvd. To assist them as they are having difficulties with
Highway 169 construction. Motion by

County Deputy came to report events in St. Lawrence Township over the past
month.

Ted also handed out a Code Enforcement Refinement Process.
Ted went to the meeting yesterday. They
want to have a one-plan fits all township. We
need to get back to

Council – 2005 Annual Report – For informational purposes only.
Appoint
Elections Judges – Motion by Les and seconded by Hubie to approve Helene
Schmitt, Myrna Rieck, Karen Coil and Mike Ryan as election judges.

Les and Jim repaired 218th with materials.
Jim Stang’s plow truck went down but he has replaced it.

Courses are in

– Minnesota Spring Maintenance Training Expo –
Les
brought up information from the Jordan Fire Department.
They are looking pretty good and their retirement plans are 70% of where
they want them to be. We are also on
budget for next year. They are
looking in the future to buy a new pumper truck as their truck is 33 years old.
Estimated cost is $400,000. They
are also planning to add onto the fire department in 2008.
No
further business to come before the meeting.
