signage – Ted stated that he talked with Bob Ruppe today and they will be
meeting Monday night with the City of Jordan.
Asked about this situation as long as he was on the phone with him.
Talked with him about Province on the River which agreed to pay part of
the paving on Old Hwy 169 and now is saying that Kornder’s are not holding up
their end of the bargain by letting them put signs up on their property.
Kornder’s did not agree to anything.
Bob said there should be a motion made about complaints being made about
these signs, distractions, in the way, etc. Township has every right to pull the
signs if they put them up. There is
a state statute that explains this. Les
asked that we do not do a motion as this would make it so that auction signs and
garage sale signs they try to stay neighborhood friendly.
Ted said they will meet with Ruppe on Monday and discuss this further.

Election Judges - Motion by Les and
seconded by Ted to appoint Mike Ryan, Helene Schmidt, Myrna Rieck and Karen Coil
as election judges for the 2007 to March 2008 year.
