Les spent one hour on a conference call with Leslie Vermilion and Mitch

There are some other people that Les will also go and apologize to with
regards to this. They then got into
a conversation about whether they are pissed or not and they are not.

popular place, went on to talk about the process.

Irrigation
systems – Ag irrigation is a permitted use regulated by the Department of
Natural Resources which requires a permit and fees and is on an annual permit
and they are allowed by permits so many gallons of water.
If the water limit is exceeded, then it is paid on a “per gallon”
basis. Hours of operation are
recorded. Ted gave us this
information. It allows for 24-hour
operation unless the DNR stops it.
